Terry McMillan "The Interruption of Everything"

A 44-year-old woman is beginning to feel that life is passing her by while she's busy taking care of everyone else, in Terry McMillan's novel The Interruption of Everything. Marilyn Grimes has a 25-year-old marriage that has grown stagnant. Her three children are all away at college now.
